1 Corinthians 12:4–6 reminds us that there are different gifts, different ways of serving, and different ways God works—but it is the same Spirit, the same Lord, and the same God in all of us. In the same way, our prayer lives don’t all look the same. Some pray quietly and reflectively, others boldly and out loud; some pour out their hearts with emotion, while others sit in stillness and listen. Every personality has a place in prayer. What matters most isn’t how it looks—but that we are all connecting with the same God who meets each of us right where we are.
