Our Pastors
Bill Himmel, Senior Pastor
Bill is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University (B.S. 1979) and Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M. 1985) and has completed some studies at Dallas Seminary toward a Doctor of Ministries Degree.
Bill oversees the pastoral staff and works hands on with worship, outreach, and missions in addition to his preaching, elder and other ministry responsibilities. He has been on staff at Fellowship since June 1985.
Bill and his wife, Sue, live in Pearland and have four adult children, and two grandchildren.
Mike Waldrop, Pastor of Adult Ministries
Mike is a graduate of Trinity University (BA in Education). He is an alumnus of Dallas Theological Seminary majoring in Christian Education/Adult Education.
Mike oversees our adult discipleship and education ministries like small groups, men's and women's ministries, retreats and camps, and Sunday morning ABFS, and our facilities.
He has been on the staff since June 1993. He and his wife Cindy, live in Manvel, and have three adult children.
Lew Potter, Pastor of Children's Ministries
Lew is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a BS in Education and of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education, with an emphasis in Children's and Family Ministry.
Lew's ministry responsibilites include overseeing all ministries for children up to sixth grade and the shepherding of paid staff, volunteers and families.
Lew loves all kinds of sports and was a four sport athlete in high school and played football and ran track in college. He enjoys meeting new people, loves to read and cheers on his children as they participate in school and sports.
Lew is married to Nancy, they have been married since 1993. They have three adorable children, Meredith, Andrew and Lillian.
